What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been working out with my team during the off-season 3-4 times a week and then I go to my own personal trainer.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Compared to last season, I have improved on strength and speed as a whole. I’m excited to see how it carries over to the season.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Before the upcoming season, my goal is to get bigger, faster, and stronger all together to the best of my ability.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I believe we have the ability to do just as good or better than last season. We have a lot of returning studs and some new ones who have shown they can bring the energy that we need.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Central Catholic. They are our big rivalry and always give us a good game.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Our opener will be against Penn Hills this year. Last year, they were state champs so they obviously have a great team and coaching staff, but I believe it will be a great game.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, my goal is to play football at a college that best fits me.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Colleges that have been in contact with me include Kent State, Akron, Toledo, Dartmouth, Lehigh, Sacred Heart, Fordham, Youngstown, and Wake Forest.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Only 2 schools have officially offered me, Kent State and Dartmouth.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have visited Kent State, Toledo, and Youngstown.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“As of right now, I have been busy with my team and haven’t had any visits this summer yet but will be planning some later in the year.”
What camps did you do this summer and how did they go?
“The only camp I attended was Kent State for a multi-back and it went very well in my opinion. I hope to have more opportunities to show my abilities.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I don’t have one favorite college as I’m very open to most colleges.”
