Parkland beats Emmaus 21-14. Quarterback Luke Spang suffered a first half injury, freshman Blake Nassry came off the bench and ran the offense to a victory for Parkland. Nassry is expected to play varsity hoops this winter (he’s 6’4) and is a really exciting athlete, but a huge spot for the freshman to have to come in. We’ll see how serious the Spang injury is, but is the major thing to watch in D11 6A right now.

Nazareth beat Northampton 21-7, led 21-0 before a late TD.

Whitehall also gave the EPC a finalist in 5A by waxing Southern Lehigh, who spent a lot of the year in the state top 10.
