Great athletes in Pennsylvania that got in their own way and couldn't stay out of trouble.

This had me thinking when guys on another thread were talking about Terrell Pryor being a distraction in the locker room. We all know he had issues at Ohio St and with the law. Austin Scott is another one that has been discussed often on here. Two big ones in my area (district 10) were Greg Garmon the 2011 running back from McDowell. He started over James Connor and was the starting running back at Iowa as a freshman. He ended up dropping out of school and was involved in a home invasion. Another big one was deshawn Coleman who was the 2012 running back at hickory. He originally committed to WVU but couldn't get his grades up enough to enroll. He then committed to Gannon but was kicked out before he even got to school. He then shot at a ice cream truck and is a doing time in the department of corrections as we speak. What are some of the other unbelievable talents in the state that couldn't stay out of their own way and were their own worse enemies?

Q&A with Bermudian Springs running back Eddie Sebright

How did the high school football season go overall?
“Not amazing, we won our league but the goal is always to win as many games as possible and we let some slip away we shouldn’t have. Individually on the other hand it was pretty good, but I definitely would’ve liked to have had a better start to the season.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Train as much as possible everyday and stack days. Become a better athlete in every way I can.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Really good, we have a great feeling about next season.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“New Oxford, while they are losing a lot of skill players coach Warner always has found a way for their team to be competitive in recent years.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I don’t really pay attention to individual players, I’m not someone who looks at another team and is scared of one of their players. I’m confident I bring more to the table for Bermudian Springs than they do for whoever they play for.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love the opportunity and feel I’m in prime opportunity to play college football, the level and school has yet to be determined.”

Best teams that didn’t win the WPIAL championship?

Who were some past teams from the wpial that were great but never ended up in the state playoffs? There was a lot of talk last season about how 2023 PCC would end up in GOAT conversations, but they obviously Fell in the wpial championship.

Another team I’d add is 2018 NA. Tough one my tigers as they went undefeated in the regular season but lost to Seneca valley first round

Last team I’d say is 2015 Woodland Hills. This team had Miles Sanders on it and went undefeated through the regular season. Ended up losing to central who won states

Who do you think deserves a spot in the hall of infamy?
