I guess you forgot that INCAPABAMA was president for 20 of those 91 days in the first quarter, but more importantly, it takes a while for a new president's policies to get going. Then again, you and SNOWFLAKE were blaming Trump before he even took office! We won't even get into the marginal utility of debt (and other leftover INCAPABAMA issues), as that concept would be difficult, if not impossible, for you to understand.
