Souderton vs SJP

With all the flak privates are catching that's a pretty good hustle, making it look like a tight game until a closer look....that most don't do....finds otherwise. How can you explain a coach allowing any game to get this close.
Stalker, Souderton scored its last TD, followed by a successful two-point conversion, with three seconds left.

It will be good if Trotter (Jeremiah) can recover enough from his injury to play next week--probably the last time the brothers play together.

In my view anything can happen in a few moments, in a flash, in any game, turning it around despite people throwing about comments loosely like "it was well in hand", "never in doubt" and so forth when anyone who played the game knows you are a heartbeat away from a team making a run; turnover, injury, bad call, missed tackle, fluke this or that. Maybe I'm missing something. Playing back ups is understandable. Not letting any team willfully come within two or three scores. That's lunacy or disrespect.

Not sure how the Prep can be accused of disrespect. The Souderton coach said something after the game suggesting he thought Roken showed class. If the Prep had kept their starters in after going up 51-7 they would have been accused of bad sportsmanship, at best.

I didn't see watch the last quarter of the game, but from what I've heard and read no one there thought the game was in any doubt. Of course, it's theoretically possible that a team that comes within eight with three seconds left could win by recovering an onside kick and running it in for 50 yards and then making the two point conversion and then winning in overtime. But for of all the strange things I've seen, I've never seen anything close to that.
