Different year, different personnel. With what PCC has in number of D1 recruits on current roster, #2 is still high praise. We'll see..
With what SJP has in new starting personnel, beginning of season in light of that schedule may be somewhat deceiving. Seems like their motto is how are we in Nov. and Dec.?
In light of all the negative chatter, surprised to see LS in top 10. There's enough talent on that squad, no denying it, can the "new" staff cultivate it. Again brutal OOC schedule, hopefully will be a better squad end of Oct? Some of the faithful questioning the attention to detail, we'll find out soon enough.
It's not the same team from last year. They lost to much to graduation. The can play with anyone in the state with the talent they did return but I wouldnt even have them at 2

I feel it’s a new team almost every year, SJP et al, making the concept of defending your title a misnomer. But these rankings are woefully lacking anyway. Anyone can print out a list of football teams!
Show a reason for the positioning, a line or two that reflects maybe a glimmer of research! Us guys on the boards, ok, but the larger main stream media types should state an opinion rather than showing something a grade school kid could crank out.
