I think if Hurts plays like he has been playing in the postseason, that balances out the perceived invincibility of Mahomes. Obviously neither side can afford turnovers and penalties especially in their own territory. But if all that evens out, I'm on the Eagles winning comfortably.Chiefs have major advantage at QB and the better HC. But, the rest of the Birds' roster and coaching staff might be enough to overcome.
Ben is a lousy human being and an overrated quarterbackSidenote: Terry Bradshaw Super Bowl stats: 9 TDs, 4 ints, 4-0 record
Ben Roethlisberger Super Bowl stats:
3 Tds, 5 ints, 2-1 record
Bradshaw is underrated in the city of Pittsburgh
he has a long way to go to catch Brady, on top of that Brady will always have the AFC title game and Super Bowl win against themEagles are definitely the better team, however Mahomes will finish his career as the GOAT, so that evens things out a bit. That being said I’ll take Eagles 29-22
If Mahomes is going to make multiple more super bowl appearances he better get a better team around him as that's the worst SB team I've seen. Gutty, Gritty and well coached but that group is wearing out or worn out. You saw it often thru the season. But to their credit, Reed's coaching, the D and Mahomes, they pulled those games out. I don't think they get past Buffalo or Baltimore next year.True, although I predict he’s probably going to make multiple more Super Bowl trips. The AFC seems incapable of beating them and he’s only 29
he has 2 mvp's, Brady and Favre have 3, Rodgers has 4 and Manning has 5For me, Mahomes needs to win MVP of the league a few times along with more SB's to be considered as the goat.
I enjoyed the can of whoop ass.
That was one of the more thorough beat downs you'll likely see in a SB. Wow. But, they were overrated and I imagine Vegas may have been 'sided' on this one. I had them by three TDs (21, not 18) and just missed a big pool. Still fun.For me, Mahomes needs to win MVP of the league a few times along with more SB's to be considered as the goat.

I've got ties in LA and they predicted Eagles by 2 TD's. They weren't too far off. That was one of the more thorough beat downs you'll likely see in a SB. Wow. The NFC looks very exciting next year with Phl, DC, Was, Det, Min, GB and especially LA fielding exciting teams. That is if they can hold them together.
And I don't know what to think of the Ravens with great teams the last two years shooting themselves in the foot, again. Their window is closing and may be closed.
shfoot, were you in Philly today? We couldn't get past Penrose/Pattison (20th?) per HUGE crowds and went a little too late. Crowds estimated at 700K to a Mil !
It's asshame they can't fire Jerry Jones, but then again, keep it up Jerry, all the money you make can't get you a championship.I don't like the Eagles, but i have all the respect in the world for the organization
they fired their super bowl winning coach 2 years after he won the game, they even threatened to fire Sirianni
they are the opposite of the Steelers, they demand excellence and don't care what you did for them yesterday
pro sports are supposed to be cutthroat, not loyal to a fault
I would've fired Tomlin after the 2013 season when they had two straight 8-8 seasons, a playoff embarrassment to Tim Tebow and Tomlin trying to trip Jacoby Jones... let alone after the complete irrelevancy they have been under Tomlin since that decade+ ago
debate I had at my local gym today, who’s on your Mt Rushmore of Pittsburgh sports players?I don't like the Eagles, but i have all the respect in the world for the organization

Guys from the Pittsburgh area or guys who played for Pittsburgh-based teams (the pro teams and Pitt football)?debate I had at my local gym today, who’s on your Mt Rushmore of Pittsburgh sports players?

We did Pittsburgh based teams but the former could be interesting tooGuys from the Pittsburgh area or guys who played for Pittsburgh-based teams (the pro teams and Pitt football)?
I had Lemieux and Crosby aswell, but then I added Clemente and mean Joe GreenePro ?
Mario
Sid
Jagr
Bonds
I’m not sure how we got here, but Bradshaw? Harris? From the hip....wouldn't any All-Everything list have to include Roberto Clemente and The Rooney Family for starters?
The logic behind my 4 is that they were all at one time the greatest player in their leagues regardless of position.I had Lemieux and Crosby aswell, but then I added Clemente and mean Joe Greene
