I don't think it's wrong to say Webb probably hasn't had a 1st team All Catholic year like some of the others BUT is the best WR prospect in the league (2nd to Swift overall). All Catholic (to my knowledge) isn't supposed to be the quickest or most upside or will go to the best college. It's who had the best performance at that position over the course of the year. He can't throw to himself, anymore than a great running back can't gain yards behind a bad Oline. The RB with more yards and TDs will get the nod every day ... even if his main advantage is the great line he has. I will say sometimes its a popularity contest or based on last years results or recruiting. But, it should be who has the best performance that helped his team achieve the most. Webb probably isn't that guy. Congrats on the 2016 state title!!!!
