Hard imagining a better foursome with all playing good ball. Even Texas who the lightweights on TV are wrongfully criticizing. ASU was wildly underrated. I'd say easy money but don't want to brag. Ha!
And despite being a PSU fan, OSU is looking awesome. Awesome!
ASU was very impressive. I didn't give them any chance, but that was from more of a historical perspective rather than seeing them much this year.
Paying the players outside the SEC and the crazy transferring might have evened out the playing field; at least for this year.

You're right; "historics" can get you in trouble in today's reality. The balance of power has shifted with more teams getting a piece of the pie.
* PSU-ND is a tough one. But I think the Irish are a little better. 2-pts better? And Franklin in big games on the road is a disaster. That's something I just might have to drop a few nickels on while recognizing this is one of State's best teams in many years.
* OSU-Tex has the public probably factored in too strong on OSU at 6. Plus the game is a homer for Tex at the Cotton Bowl. And Qb Quinn Ewers can be out of his A _ _ when on his game. Might be a nice dog. A lot more homework to do here.

PSU let that one slip away with really poor QB play, a OC that was blind to how poorly the QB was performing, and a collapse by the D in the 2nd half. But, ND has to get some credit for their 2nd half as they whipped up on the Lions. Great performance by the ND QB(s) in a big spot.

Just back from a trip to Gettysburg but could not agree more. In the case of PSU, just consider the source! Abysmal coaching as usual from Franklin in games against quality (+.500) on the road. Typical!
PSU can never get a quarterback. QB. has slow feet and any pass over 15 yards has to much air under it. No completions to wide receivers. Good teams play the run and beg PSU to pass. Coaches fault is recruiting. Time to hit the portal.
those receivers were ranked pretty high coming out of high school
Fleming was from the portal, he was a 5 star prospect
Rankings are guesses. Most of these players spend HS playing against DIII DB. There are FCS receiver better then what PSU has. Being a college receiver is more than running fast.
