Chichester hosted Radnor tonight. It was 20-0 Chichester at halftime. Game was postponed because Chichester couldn't get their lights to turn on. Game is tentatively scheduled to resume at 11am on Sunday. My question is should Radnor have to accommodate to Chichester or should Chichester be forced to forfeit because of the situation? Please give your opinion. I'm not sure what the PIAA rule is on this.
