This is a bit of a surprise move. For someone to leave the town he grew up in, where he played, where he assisted and where he was the head coach must be pretty big lure. Is the William Tennent job that alluring? I know he wanted the Neshaminy job this year and last, but that is a bit more reasonable than leaving an ideal job for William Tennent.
Some thought Plenski would be a lifer at Bristol. He's a young guy. Could have been head coach at his alma mater for 25+ years. And based on his first three years could have been pretty successful.
