Saw the tweet, and a follow up from the same account that said “always look for the blue check mark” so I’m going to assume fake news.
If Easton is actively recruiting players, they suck at it.
Side note: one of my favorite rants ever was from former Easton basketball coach Jim Hutnik (one of the all time great guys). A private school was actively contacting Zack Hankerson (a 1,000 point scorer at Easton) and Hut was pissed, not because they were doing it, but with how bad and obvious the school was about it. Hut coached at Becahi in the ‘90s and early ‘00s, and his rant consisted of “if I was going to do that, here’s the better way to go about it. But I didn’t have to, Stem got all my guys for me.”
