Bethlehem Catholic up 7-0 with six minutes left in the game. Easton has had three drives into the red zone without scoring, including losing 7 yards after a first and goal at the three. Becahi only has 85 yards of offense, but has the lead into the fourth quarter.

Easton facing a 4th and 6 from the 23. Might be their last best chance to score.

For those of you who were wondering, Transue sacked for a 5 yard loss. Their all state running back stayed in on pass protection.

With 3:22 left at their own 30, Easton punts on a 4th and 4 - they may never get the ball back. Punt goes 17 yards...

Final - Bethlehem Catholic wins 7-0. Braido moves to 0-4 against the Hawks. The preseason #9 team in the state has now been shutout in 9 of 12 quarters it has played this year.

Punting there was a really poor decision. Put the ball in the hands of your all-world RB and see if he can get you 4 yards. This is a sad state of affairs at Easton.

I didn’t agree with the FG attempt on 4th and short either. They finally had some momentum and were moving the ball a bit. Try to tie it up.

If you miss the field goal, you need a touchdown to take the lead. If you make the field goal...you need a touchdown to take the lead.

I would think Braido has to be on the hot seat, but experience tells me he’s safe until the AD leaves. I wonder how long the Easton faithful puts up with losing. I’m not in the area anymore, but get back for a few games and watched last weeks on Utube. They’re just not well coached.

The coaching change has been a total failure. As I’ve said on other threads, if they fired Jamarr, there’s no way they can’t do the same with Braido. At least Billman had a state finalist.

But you’re right,I don’t think Pokrivsak makes a move because they’re old friends. But it’s really ugly.

Add the personal relationship, wrestling issues, and this crazy Covid season, I doubt they make a move this off-season. That is just an outsiders perspective. Maybe they give Braido one more year to figure things out (not that I agree with that).
