anyone hear of North Penn’s boundaries extending down as far as Germantown/ Mt.Airy?

Based on their roster (transfers) the past few years, it does seem out of the ordinary. I believe their QB transferred in from a NJ school last year? I’m not trying to accuse them of anything, but does seem unusual.

Why would anyone rag on North Penn's boundaries? They haven't won a title in 16 years. Let's discuss the boundaries of those schools who have won multiple titles in the past decade. Oh wait, there are no boundaries.
