I saw a lot of people posting predictions for the 6A D1 bracket, so I figured I would throw a pool together for old times' sake.

Rules are as follows:
-Post predictions for each game in the D1 bracket
-Entries must be posted by 7PM on Friday
-First round games worth 2 points each, quarterfinals - 4, semis - 8, championship - 16
-Will award an "upset bonus" for correctly picking a lower seed to advance; bonus points are equivalent to lower seed - higher seed. For example if you have a 15 seed winning in the first round, on top of the standard 2 points you will also be awarded 13 bonus points (15 seed minus 2 seed)
-If you make any changes to your entry prior to Friday evening just post a new message as I tend not to read back once I record an entry.

First place winner receives my respect and admiration.

My picks below

Spring-Ford
Ridley
Coatesville

Round 1
1. North Penn (10-0) over 16. Haverford (6-4) Easily

8. Spring-Ford (8-2) over 9. Central Bucks East (8-2) ths could be a good one, Spring Ford has some fire power though, probably too much for East.

4. Coatesville (9-1) over 13. Abington (6-4) Coatesville too fast, If Davis-McNeill is out Abington has nothing to offer on offense.

5. Ridley (9-1) over 12. Plymouth-Whitemarsh (8-2) PW, one dimensional plays right into Ridley's strength

2. Neshaminy (10-0) over 15. Pennridge (5-5) Skins passing attack against Pennridge's weak pass D should make this time a no contest

7. Central Bucks South (8-2) over 10. Garnet Valley (8-2) I like the SOL tough D over GV

3. Perkiomen Valley (10-0) over 14. Penn Wood (7-3) PV will light up Penn Wood

6. Downingtown East (8-2) over 11. Souderton (6-4) This could be a real tough win for DTE. Souderton can play tough and Kahn is a tough runner.

Round 2

1. North Penn (10-0) over 8. Spring-Ford (8-2) We will see what Spring Ford is made of in this one. PV beat them, and I think NP's passing attack will be way too strong for SF

4. Coatesville (9-1) over 5. Ridley (9-1) Coatesville solidly

2. Neshaminy (10-0) over 7. Central Bucks South (8-2) Neshaminy is just too much for South in the second rematch game for the Skins.

3. Perkiomen Valley (10-0) over 6. Downingtown East (8-2) in a tough one. This one could go either way.

Semis

1. North Penn (10-0) over 4. Coatesville (9-1) North Penn is battle tested, but Coatesville s scary. I am going with the experienced team here and the passing attack.

2. Neshaminy (10-0) over 3. Perkiomen Valley (10-0) The battle of the slinging QBs. I think the Skins have more options on offense and their secondary is tremendous. I think they can contain PVs passing but PV wont be able to contain Neshaminy's

Final

2. Neshaminy (10-0) over 1. North Penn (10-0) in a classic. I would have said NP might be a little too tough, but I think if Jones is on target, Neshaminy is better. I like the Skins weapons a little more than the Knights, and The Skins secondary I think can control NPs receivers. Add to that, Jones really protects the ball. He throws it away when needed, 26 - 2 TD to Int ratio, looks better than Udinskis 27-5 ratio. Plus the Skins have an edge with Dogba over Dillon I think as well. But I do bleed Redskin Red so there is that part of the prediction too.

1. North Penn (10-0) over 16. Haverford (6-4)

8. Spring-Ford (8-2) over 9. Central Bucks East (8-2)

4. Coatesville (9-1) over 13. Abington (6-4)

5. Ridley (9-1) over 12. Plymouth-Whitemarsh (8-2)

2. Neshaminy (10-0) over 15. Pennridge (5-5)

7. Central Bucks South (8-2) over 10. Garnet Valley (8-2)

3. Perkiomen Valley (10-0) over 14. Penn Wood (7-3)
