16th, shocked that CRSouth's Riley Palmer didn't make weight. The top ranked wrestler in PA at 106 ends his season before it really begins. At least he's just a freshman.

I wonder how much politics is involved in the voting. 9 of 33 are 1AA signees so he could have been one of the RBs. Chesmont did really well this year so that could have worked against him in terms of having different districts in PA involved. Ryan Hubley of Oxford could have been WRs as well.....I wonder if going to Kutztown hurt him as well as the geography(1 eastern receiver, 2 western, and 1 in the middle). Having watched both Looper and Hubley, you would could easily make a case for both of them although I can't argue with Barkley(saw film) and Snorweah(saw district final) or with Moore at WR.

He was 15 lbs over on Monday the 9th therefore had to lose that weight in basically 5 days.
