PIAA upheld WPIAL today. Evans ineligible.

From what I heard the KiskI principal contested the transfer. Which is puzzling to me because the family moved into the Penn Hills school district making him ineligible to play at Kiski. He transferred to Central in the spring so it's not like he's just going there in the fall.
