Pennsbury had ball inside the ten but ran out of time

SJP was up 17-3 before a Parkland surge.

Did we ever get the official word on his injury? Sorry if this was already discussed. Thank your for the updates PAB and Relayer

No and that's when you should realize he wasn't playing. SJP guys didn't say a word all week other than "you were wrong" about his injury.

Congrats to Pennsbury.

Re:Finals SJP and Pennsbury vs Coatesville??

Congratulations to the Falcon players and Coaches with a great game for both teams.
Falcons won with a goal line stand on the 1 foot line with 30 seconds left.

Final: Pennsbury 21-14

But if the kid had scored on the sneak, coaching would have been great.

No I would not agree. The whole game was just lazy by Coatesville. In that situation if you have more athletes than the six d-lineman that Pennsbury threw in the game, you spread them out. There was no timeout, no discussion between coach and QB. They are a spread team that tried to mash a "mashing" type team. That does not work my friend.

Bad coaching.

Agree about the 4th down. CV was never ready before that play. They needed a timeout to regroup. That play was their season and they failed miserably.

Pennsbury brought in three offensive lineman on the goal line. They combined weigh about a thousand pounds. Coatesville decided to go under center and ram it in. It was a bad call. No timeout made it just odd.

On the final two plays CV put there starting left tackle into the backfield to the righ of the QB and then he proceeded to sneak left behind the backup tackle?

4th Down, call timeout with one second left and dial up your best play to hopefully extend your season.

Worth the drive and price of admission today overall.

Cheers,

Busch
