They do not.
Tell me who these kids are -

How don't you understand this?
1. Columbia-Montour has their own independent sports programs. Once you enroll there, you cannot play football or wrestle for any school but Columbia-Montour.
2. The Co-Op between CMVT and the rest of 7 sponsored school districts is for CMVT and they're sponsored districts. Meaning - in order for CMVT to have sports they must be able to pull kids from those districts.
3. Southern Columbia has ZERO Co-Ops in football or wrestling -

3. It is completely against the PIAA rules to have an athletic co-op for schools that sponsor that sport. There would be local and statewide outrage if Southern Columbia had complete access to every kid in those districts just as long as they go to the Tech.
4. You are confusing part-time vo tech's that do not have sports programs.
Let's say there was literally no information on this and we were just spitballing - Why on Earth would some kid from Bloomsburg High School who attends CMVT have the right to play for SC? Let's say for a minute that CMVT was part-time (it's not) and didn't have sports (they do). Those kids would have to play for their home districts like everyone else in PA who attends a part-time vo tech.
