There is no one at the Neshaminy-North Penn game. This place is half empty. No wonder D1 hasn't won a championship in 12 years.

I see the NP field is still the worst in D1. 10 years ago this place needed a turf field. Wake up NP!

I may be in the minority, but for years I've felt the attendance at North Penn games was weak. I don't know if their fans are spoiled by the winning, but for the past 5+ years i have not seen that place full unless it was a playoff game, and not always then.

Hey Relayer! How bout Brandon McManus kicking an overtime field goal for Denver against another North Penn guy in Petine.....
What are they chances of THAT?????

Yes, I saw that lift. Does Pettine survive the season? Eight coaches in the past 15 years doesn't bode well for him in Cleveland.

The good old days were back in full force this weekend with filled stadiums all over. I spoke a week too early.

North Penn does have a bad field, but have you ever seen their gym? For a school that size, it is a joke. It looks like some of the gyms Hickory played in back in the '50s. My Dad, my brothers and I went to see a playoff game there back when my brother's friend was coaching North Penn. When we walked up to the door, there was this huge crowd waiting to get in. We thought we were going to be shut out, but it turns out the crowd was not for a District One playoff game. It was for the "Mr. North Penn" contest.
It seems the school is to big and diverse to focus attention on one thing. On the same note, Parkland kids programs have things going on Friday nights, drawing eyes away from their very good football program. It is what it is, today.
