4. Survey ISIL to determine how much of an effect global warming has on their desires (see Bernie Sanders' comments on this during the recent Dem. debate, which was watched by hundreds of people)
5. Defer to France.
6. Defer to Russia and Putin.
7. Fight global warming and the rest will take care of itself.
8. Defer to Sri Lanka.
Now, in all seriousness, Hollande did take the opportunity to mention so-called "greenhouse gases" during this press conference on terror. You absolutely cannot make this stuff up. And Hollande is the tough one compared to Incapable!
