I researched that for the write-ups below (6a,5a,4a...etc re-seeded....see Steel Val #17-#24 grouping) finding Jeannette in 2007 (16-0 beating Dunmore 49-21) and I think a Clairton team or two as I recall. The Mercy Rule has been around since '98 so it would be a BIG project going through a significant number of teams to find them all but there have been some. Thing is, they may not have ended as a MR game (+35) so you might need an asterisk for a few of them.
