Number 85 is senior Harmon Yalartai (6' -1", 261) who is one of the defensive ends. Back in the old days Schmidt had that arrangement he called "The Package" (for short yardage) where'd he'd have the Pro-I (but in tight) with a guard or some lug in that position (as you described) to the right or left of the of the FB (behind the guard). Two tight ends and just ram it up there for a few yards (that was fun to watch).
Number 40 is junior Hayden Rooney (6'-0", 200) who has been as the FB when they bring one in to that modified "Pistol" (to date in the season he's had minimal carries with 14 for 47 yards along with four pass receptions for 21 more ticks and then one TD). Of course, knowing the "Pistol" normally has just one back it makes sense a bit that he has few carries (Dogba averages 23 a game and then Jones is just under six with Joe Pirrone, Dogba's backup, at five so that's getting close to the 37 they average per game and on the ground). I understand Rooney has shown to be a good blocker, though, and perhaps that is what they expect of him.
By the way, Jones (QB), Dogba (RB), Rooney (FB) and Tredway (WR) are all juniors at the offensive skill positions. Then AJ Sanko (center 5'-8", 202), Eddie Parry (guard 6'-0', 285) and Chris Wilson (tackle 6'-5", 290) are also juniors on the front line. Simple math shows seven starters are then returing while they have a few other juniors (including Klyle Osterhouldt at 6'-1", 245) who have rotated in a fair amount on the line (as guards or tackles) so filling out the other two interior guys seems not to be an issue. Of course, Denzel Hughes will be gone as the other WR (to Tredway), and it's not clear who will be the TE after senior Billy Ritchey is gone, but all-in-all I'd say that offensively the 'Skins should be in great shape in 2016 (and junior Dylan McDonald is back at kickoffs, PATs and FGs and for the year so far he's 37 of 39 on the extra points plus five of six on field goals - with his longest being 40 yards - while he also has 57 kickoffs showing five touchbacks and an average of just under 50 yards per kick).
