Tulla - all good questions. I'm not sure about Bosco, maybe the agreement was over (2 years at a time)? SJP had a great game at Rutgers against SPP about 7 years ago. SPP is usually competitive. I don't know where any games are other than first game. I've heard SJP could be playing games at Wissahickon HS this year but nothing definitive. Likely that more info will eminate shortly. Enjoy the weather.Roxy,
Any idea why Bosco is off the schedule this year? Some years St. Peter's has been as good or better, but I don't know about this coming year. Will St. Peter's be coming to Philly? And is the Prep leaving Widener?
Games are still at Widener, I believe St. Peter's is at Widener.Tulla - all good questions. I'm not sure about Bosco, maybe the agreement was over (2 years at a time)? Hello Roxy, I hope all is well. Thanks for posting the SJP schedule. I saw Tampa Jesuit against American Heritage (Ft. Lauderdale area) in the playoffs last year. Jesuit didn't pass the initial eyeball test, especially against the huge OL & DL that Heritage had plus Patrick Surtain, Jr., one of the top 20 players in the country for the class of 2018. But they played well and almost pulled the upset that night. But I think it was more of Heritage being off a little. Jesuit did have a very good RB who will graduate and move on to the Florida Gators. I'd say SJP should win by 10-14, but you never know how each team might reload. It's tentative but out there, somewhat toned down.
