I'm sorry to report the passing of long-time high school sports announcer Jim Church. He was the voice of Bux-Mont football and basketball for several decades on WNPV and laid the groundwork for what we do today.
Please keep his family in your thoughts this weekend.
Damn, he was one of the great local broadcasters in our area. He had the perfect voice for high school football. That voice to me will always be synonymous with doing all those CB-West games in their glory days. RIP Jim
