For about a month WFMZ 69 TV station has ranked Rustin in their top 10 in the area. Congrats to them. Good luck to Rustin next week against Roman.

Congrats to Springfield for a fine season. Central League teams were definitely down this year.

Just watched the game on YouTube. Rustin is very good and wins the game regardless. Springfield had 3 times in the red zone and 0 points. gave up a INT for TD, 2 other INT, dropped would be TD at midfield. Game could have been more in the 34-20 range. Rustin definitely susceptible to the Pass what Roman is good at. Very interesting match up. Heard announcer say Springfield lost their best WR DB end of Strath Haven game as well. Not sure Central league was way down. Haverford pushed North Penn in 6A. its possible its more Rustin being up. Beating Chester big is eye opening and only losing to Dtown West 14-7 is signs of very good team. #22 is strong player for Rustin.

I watched the game on Springfield's site. I guess I should have clarified the 5A schools in Central League were down. You talk about Springfield being in the red zone last night. Last week GV was on the 6? yard line last week with under 2 mins lift and fumbled the ball on an out pass sealing the game for Springfield. I've said many times on this site, it's all about the line control. Turnovers and miss plays also play an important part of the game. I don't think high schools spend enough time on special teams. It can make or break a game. Yes, #22 a game changer, a thorn in any ones side. Not sure if Rustin can hang with Roman, but that's why they lineup.

Yes really looking forward to Rustin ball control vs Roman big play ability. Roman does give up points as well see Bonner and COH scores. I really expect both teams scoring 21 to 28 points. Like you said, play the game. I think Rustin is overall better than past Rustin teams that played 1 point games with Haven and games with Upper Dublin. Even last year Rustin battled in a loss to Chester who was pretty much equal to Haven last year, turn around this year and Rustin dominates Chester.
