If Parkland wins next week, it is a given that they will travel to Philadelphia for that game. If District 2's Wyoming Valley West win will that game be down here, up there or will they split the difference in where the game will be?
16th, much rather see that game at BASD. However, I never trust the PIAA when it comes to picking game sights. I know when districts don't border each other that a neutral site is supposed to be chosen. Three years later it still baffles me how Bristol had to play Dunmore at Valley View. Dunmore and Valley View are separated by 8 miles.
reluctant, D1 seems to like Souderton, If NP wins that would be my guess regardless of opponent. For selfish reasons I'd rather see the final at CR or CBW.
If Parkland wins the game will be in D12. When districts don't border each other then a reasonable halfway point is supposed to be chosen. Much like Wood played Somerset at Chambersburg. Wood had to drive 2 and a half hours and Somerset an hour and 45 minutes.
That makes sense, though it does suck for the LaSalle (or Gratz) folks, though BASD isn't the worst location for a playoff game. On principle, you'd like the "home" game, but is it that much more of a trip for LaSalle parents as Northeast would be? I'd think for the Bucks County people shooting up to Liberty would be rather easy.
Looking ahead D1 will host the east final this year. If for some crazy reason their opponent would be WVW, then that game is likely to be at either BASD or Crum.

Two years ago when the Souderton field was still relatively active I could kind of understand NP playing down the street. I thought the big deal finding fields this time of year was most are winterized? The Truman field will be used on Thanksgiving I believe. Just kind of makes sense to have a PHS vs NHS final there, if it came to that.
