How did the high school football season go overall?
“This year was great for me and our team. I had a lot of nerves going into this year due to the fact that it was my first year starting varsity and only my third year playing QB, but my teammates and especially the seniors along with my coaches got me ready to go. Obviously, we felt we could have gone further in the playoffs but regardless, we had one of the best seasons in school history. It was a year which we all view as a great accomplishment.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I am currently playing on our basketball team along with winter workouts. I am also working with Coach Abe, my QB coach, to continue to hone my mechanics and skills. I also will be playing 7v7 with Philly’s Finest in the spring.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“I am trying to develop a mobile aspect to my game. I feel at times, I was too stationary in the pocket, which caused for negative plays. My ultimate goal is to be the most well-rounded player I can be, and I feel that working on mobility will help me achieve that goal.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I believe we have as good if not better a year than last year. Our senior class was so strong this past year that some of our underclassmen didn’t get a lot of action, but there are some studs in our program that people around the league and district will know very well this time next year.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“I feel our rivals, Henderson and Rustin, will be our toughest competition along with Downingtown West. Having beat Henderson twice, they will definitely be gunning for us and they have some guys on their D-line that can cause problems. Rustin and DWest are always tough games and we expect nothing less next year.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“It has always been a dream of mine to play college football and I definitely believe I can achieve that dream.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have received interest from Syracuse, William and Mary, Monmouth, Yale, Villanova and Brown at the moment.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I took game visits at Monmouth and Villanova this fall, which are my only visits so far.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I am planning to go to Syracuse Junior day, although the date is not yet finalized. That is my only Junior day/visit invite at the moment.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and have always been an Ohio State fan.”
