How did the high school football season go overall?
“Considering we ended the 2018 season 1-9, improving to 6-4 and an Eastern Conference Playoff game, I think we progressed and improved as a team. Individually, I had one start during the 2018 season as a freshman but started every game of the 2019 season. I led our team in tackles with 78, had 3 interceptions, 3 force fumbles and was recognized as 1st Team All-League, 2nd Team All-Berks County, and Eastern Pa Football All-State Honorable Mention. So overall, I think for both the team and I the 2019 season went well.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I am currently strength and speed training at Garage Strength. I have added 15 pounds since the end of the season.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“I am always working on my overall speed and strength.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we will continue to get better as we did from 2018 to 2019. We have a lot of returning starters in key positions, with some young talented players that could surprise people.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“Governor Mifflin.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, football.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have had coaches from Stony Brook, Temple, and Bucknell speak to my coach about me. Some of these schools have stated that they are interested to see his maturation on the field in the upcoming year include Temple, Duquesne, LIU, Georgetown, Penn State, Villanova, D2 West Virginia State, Ship, and Cal U.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“Temple and Penn State.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I do not have any formal trips scheduled, but I plan on attending a number of camps including Temple, Pitt, Villanova, and others.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I liked Arizona State when I was growing up.”
