What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been going to our football field and doing drills. I also have a few weights at home, and I am using those.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I’ve gotten faster since the end of last season.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“I’m trying to get stronger before the start of next season.”

How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“Obviously all the gyms are closed, but when you’re working out, you have to make sure you’re not with a bunch of people. You have to limit your time at some places.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I think my team will do pretty good this year. We have a lot of players returning and I think we have chance to win it all.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“We have one of the toughest schedules and we play all of good teams so that’s hard to choose. It is probably either Central Catholic, Gateway, or Pine-Richland.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“There’s a couple. It could be Derrick Davis from Gateway, Miguel Jackson from Pine-Richland, or Eliot Donald from CC.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, football.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have offers from Kent State, BGSU, Toledo, Buffalo, Richmond, Lehigh, Akron, Furman, Holy Cross, Fordham, UPenn, Navy, Army, William & Mary, Western Michigan, St Francis, Duquesne, and Albany, but other schools have been in contact.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Probably Bowling Green.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve only been to a couple junior days, but no unofficial visits yet.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Once everything clears up, I’m going to make a lot of visits to schools.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“It depends on which camps are still open after things go back to normal.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Yes, me and my dad were and are Pitt fans.”
