What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been training with my brother Cam Laconi, who plays football for Mercyhurst. We’ve been trying together in the weight room and on the field by doing speed and running routes.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I have gained more strength. I have added around 10 healthy pounds and have improved my speed.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Before the season starts, I want to improve on my coverage on defense and study the playbook more so I can lead the team on the defensive side of things.”

How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“I would say Covid has actually helped me as an individual. I have more time to focus on weight-lifting, getting stronger, and working on my speed.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“We lose a lot of key senior players, but I feel the team is ready to step up and fill those roles. I believe we will all mesh together well.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“I think the toughest player we will face this year is Alex Arledge. He had an off game against us last year and I feel like he will be ready for us this year as he has improved a lot in the offseason.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love the opportunity to play college football. I would love to play for any Ivy League school, Patriot League school, CAA school or any Academy.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“So far, no colleges have recruited me, and I hope to change that this upcoming season.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any college trips yet, but I hope to his season.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“This summer, I hope to attend camps locally in the area and in the Phillidelphia area.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always been a huge fan of the hometown team, Pitt. I also like Army, Air Force, or Navy as I have always wanted to be in the military and serve our country.”
