What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Our strength coach has been sending us workouts to do on both Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then on Saturdays we have a team zoom workout. Individually I have a couple dumbbells and a bench in my basement that I have been using often, along with a treadmill.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Definitely my strength and weight. Last season, I was not at the weight and strength I would’ve liked to be at, but going into this year, I confidently made improvements to reassure I will be ready this season.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Obviously I want to improve a ton of aspects to my game, but if I had to pinpoint one or two this year, I really want to improve on some of my run blocking as well as becoming a better pass threat.”

How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“Covid-19 has affected me, but I know I am not the only one affected. With that being said, I think I’m doing a good job maintaining what I have gained during quarantine as well as making improvements.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I have really high expectations for my team in La Salle College High School this year. I love the group of guys we’re bringing into the season along with our coaching staff. We have a tough schedule this season competing in the Philadelphia Catholic League along with tough out of schedule teams. I am more than confident we are highly capable of winning all of them.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“As a team, one of our main themes is to maintain focus on ourselves and not others. We really try to treat each opponent with the same respect with the expectations we are going to win.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“Like I said before, we really try to maintain focus on our team alone.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, a goal of mine would be to play college football.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have been in contact with a couple of colleges coaches. To name a few, it would be Stony Brook University, The College of The Holy Cross, Bucknell University, and Colgate University.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“That is a tough question. I feel as if each college has treated me equally.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes, I visited Monmouth University.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Yes, I had scheduled visits to Stony Brook University, Long Island University, The College of The Holy Cross, and Villanova University, and The Citadel, but obviously because of Covid-19 they were all cancelled.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I was scheduled to attend a Rivals camp in May. I was also planning to attend plenty of other camps but due to Covid-19, a lot of camp dates have been rescheduled so I will have to wait and see.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always been a Notre Dame fan along with a Duke fan.”
