What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been doing a lot of running and body weight workouts, along with some agility workouts.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“My speed, which is my most defining feature, as I continue to work overall on endurance and power, I believe I am exponentially faster than I was last season.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Definitely route running. I’ve been rewatching film and fine-tuning routes, but I know still have more to perfect before I’m satisfied.”

How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“At the beginning of quarantine, I was doing more running workouts in hope of coming back to school for a track shortened track season. However, after realizing we weren’t going back, I started to prepare for the next football season, so Covid-19 only changed what type of workout I was doing.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I think we will have another explosive season. We’ve all been keeping in contact with each other and I know my teammates and I have been working hard. Even though we lost some big playmaking seniors, I have faith that the whole team will step up to fill those gaps.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Maybe Malvern. They want redemption and they have a lot of skill, but I trust in my team’s ability to execute through practice and games.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“Probably Lonnie White. He’s a great athlete, and now that he has committed to playing football at PSU he’s most likely focused all of his workouts on football, so stopping him again this year will be good challenge and a great game to watch and play in.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“At the moment, I have my eyes set on playing football, but I’ll never forget my foundation in track, so the dream would to be able to play track and football in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have not been recruited by any colleges yet.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“No, mostly due to Covid-19.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“As a kid, my favorite team to watch was Penn State. I remember tailgating at the games and getting signatures from the players after the game.”
