How did the high school football season go overall?
“Our high school team went 0-10. Even though we went 0-10, I wouldn’t change anything about the season. The people I play with are my brothers for life and I wouldn’t trade them for a win any day.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My plans are to keep lifting in the weight room and grinding to be the best I can be. I’m trying to put on weight and muscle to better my performance and the team. As for sports, I will continue to play football, but I also participate in track and recently became very successful in pole vault and triple jump.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“I’m trying to improve on my speed and strength the most. Another thing I would like to improve is yards after the catch, as they aren’t as consistent as I would like them to be.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel our team will do pretty well. We are undergoing some changes with a new coach and a new league, but these changes shouldn’t hurt us. We all play as a team and we have some ballers coming up to better us as a whole.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“Brookeville in my opinion will be our toughest. We lost to them this year in a dog fight. It was score for score. Their defense at the end of the game just stepped up and did what they needed to secure the victory.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love to play sports in college. For track, I would love to pole vault for Slippery Rock University. For football, I’m just playing it by ear and want to go somewhere with good academics and athletics. It would be somewhere like Grove City.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“As I am only a junior in high school, no one has been recruiting me, but my name is out there, and some have talked to my coach. There is nothing official yet.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have gone to IUP and Slippery Rock for camps, but not visits.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon
“I would like to take one to Geneva and some other smaller schools just to get started and see how it goes.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college growing up was always Penn State and Oregon.”
