What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Currently, I am focusing on my upper body strength and conditioning because unfortunately I broke a bone in my foot. So, I am focusing on my rehab and getting ready for my senior season.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“My lower body strength and my footwork. I was also able to reach the 1000-pound club at the end of spring workouts.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“My main focus now is getting healthy and staying in shape. Also, being there for my team, even if I can’t participate.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I’m really excited about the group of guys that we have and how we have been working. We lost a lot of close games last year and we working to end games strong this year.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“We have historical rivalries with the other CB schools and all of our other divisional opponents are great programs. We look forward to the challenge of competing against them taking it one week at a time.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Our season opener is Hatboro Horsham and we have played them at the beginning of our season for the past couple of years. The games are always competitive and its always a good measuring stick as we begin the season.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I would love the opportunity to play football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“As of now, I am being recruited by schools in the Ivy League, Patriot League, and Colonial League.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Several Ivy League schools including Penn, Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Princeton, and Dartmouth.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes, I have visited Penn, Harvard, Lehigh, Columbia, and Stony Brook.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Yes, this summer I am planning on visiting Holy Cross, Yale, Dartmouth, William & Mary, and Princeton.”
What camps did you do this summer and how did they go?
“Before I broke my foot, I was able to attend Rutgers and Laurens First and Goal. I really enjoyed the camps and I got lots of reps and great instruction from the coaches there.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Pitt was my favorite growing up because both my parents went there.”
