What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been training everyday with weights, quarterback drills, and combine drills.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel I have gotten better reading different defenses and speed. I have gotten bigger and faster while going from 185 pounds to 200 pounds since football season.”
What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Everything including footwork, accuracy, velocity, reading defenses, strength, and speed.”
How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“It has limited the number of places I can use, and my wide receivers can’t workout, but I have managed to find places on my own.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I believe we have the potential to do really good this season. We have our whole line coming back, a very strong defense, and people willing to step up in the wide receiver spot. Don’t sleep on the Bucs.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“North Catholic. They have an army of players. Last year I made a lot of mistakes in the first half before I eventually got injured. I am looking forward competing four quarters against them this year.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“I don’t know.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I am going to play D1 football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Lehigh, Columbia, Central Michigan, Cornell, UPenn, Akron, Fordham, and much more. I am talking to close to 50 colleges at the moment and most of them are FCS Division 1 schools.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I can’t say that because a lot of my visits have been cancelled, but I have had phones calls with several colleges from the list.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have visited Lehigh, but that’s all I was able to get in so far.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I have some visits and camps in the future that haven’t been cancelled yet.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“Elite 11, Rivals Combine, Penn State, PSR Showcase, and the rest will be determined on availability.”
