Yea - the pick was poor pass but the fumble was in motion and he never saw it ... IMG Dline is stout ... Prep lucky it’s only 3-0 ... hopefully, they can keep it close
Getting a little chippy! Could they have gotten an older or more out of shape referee crew!

Can someone actually post something of relevance? All I read is about laundry on the field. Can I get a non-bias opinion of how the game played out. Only saw bits and pieces on TV.
Relayer: SJP had the lead at half. IMG scored on first possession in 2nd half. SJP running back fumbled the ball inside the red zone. IMG scored. That's when I stopped watching. Stupid penalties got the best of them.
Penalty filled game, think 35 of them, 9 or 10 of them personal fouls...undisciplined football from both sides but less so from prep. The all star team beat the all star team from PA but overall minus penalties prep was solid. Defense was put in horrible position all night but was stout til end of game when i think wore down and IMG ran on em well. Thought prep offense was starting to click ie passing game but IMG dline gave McCord tons of pressure with multiple sacks. Turnovers hurt prep, had couple of screen plays set up that had room but didn't work out. IMG other than run had one pass play, lob jump ball down sideline or fade when they got close. Prep better coached in terms of scheme but got out athleted...Prep held there own, stout d, nice weapons on offense, qb can sling it, hard to see anyone around here hanging with them especially with competition they've already played and frankly should be 2-1 if not 3-0.
Prep has always had kids from NJ, do no need to act like that’s new. There was a ton of penalties, 45+. IMG clearly had a ton of top level talent and was able to literally outrun their undisciplined efforts. For Prep, it was a gallant effort just to keep it close. IMG played violently reckless at a number of times. Really thought they were more fine tuned than they were. Thankfully, their QB was average at best. The IMG Dline wreaked havoc and was big and powerful which gave Prep O little time to execute. Harrison and the IMG CB were involved in a number of skirmishes. Realized that there was a lot of individual ego on the field which lead to that scenario often during the game. IMG was very chippy, but Harrison was easily baited and he needs to address that, his body language, at times, spoke volumes. Trotter was all over the place and may end up the best LB in the 21 class. There was far more speed on IMG but Prep had their moments. Prep kept it respectable on the scoreboard. They should be positioned for league and state play.
