Philadelphia Catholic League restarts all fall high school sports

League changed course after deciding in August to cancel all fall sports.

Sounds like it will be a confusing season in the pcl with some schools possibly opting out to join piaa playoffs.

Very confusing. I have read some suburban schools lost players who went to public schools, which makes it all the more likely some PCL schools simply won't be able to field a team. And how many kids at a school like Judge are going to want to start practicing at the end of September so they can suit up against SJP and LaSalle.

How many games was LaSalle able to line up? Will they have to cancel them now that there's a PCL season? And was SJP able to line up any games? And will McCord, Harrison, and Trotter play this fall?

The small division will play 6 games ending on or around thanksgiving not sure what the bigger schools will do. My feeling is they will play each other with the winner taking district 12.
