Q&A with Penn Charter running back Ohifame Ijeboi
What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been working on my change of direction the most and focusing on bursting out of my cuts. I also have been working on my route running as I have a big role to play this upcoming season and need to be ready to do anything offensively.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I have improved the most in my speed since the last football season.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“We are a young team this year, but I have confidence in my guys and it’s my job to step up as a senior and make sure they are ready to play at a high level.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Malvern Prep will probably be our toughest appointment this season. They are always a good team and are big up front so it’s going to be a battle.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I think Moore Catholic will be our toughest competition this season. They are well coached and have a lot of quality players on both sides of the ball.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Definitely Matthias Lighten from Moore Catholic.”

Q&A with Pocono Mountain West middle linebacker Karter Nuss
What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Reading the guards and being quicker off of the ball.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think on defense we are going to be really solid because we only lost three starters and we have some good players filling those spots. Offense I think we should be all right. We lost most of our linemen so I think it will depend on how those guys play.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Our first game of the season against Parkland should be our toughest one. Those guys are always good.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I try not to think about individual players and focus on the team and what they run but if I had to say it will probably be Trey Tremba the RB from Parkland. Being a middle linebacker this will be a good matchup.”
