Of Penn States 22 starters against temple only 4 were from Pennsylvania. In a state where HS football talent is thin vs the Texas, Cal, Florida,Ohio PSU can ill afford to lose talent like Adams & Fuller and compete on a national level. I believe temple only had 4 or 5 starters from PA.
