Northeast's Numbers?

It looked like Northeast had about 18 players in uniform for the Prep game today. I assume there were at least a couple of guys injured and maybe one or two transfers who were ineligible to play in the playoffs, but they are a large school with the second most successfyul program in the PPL. What's up? And is there any connection with larger trends? We are a long long way from when the city championship game used to draw several thousands to Franklin Field.
