Here’s something for the bored board and NFL fans. I don’t think anything can touch the college game (then high school) but the playoffs are usually fun. The PRs below have been decent over the years picking straight up winners but erratic picking the spread and actual score. That’s a good thing with the straight up winner covering at an inordinate rate. So here’s the PRs for all the playoff teams and Wildcard games, just for the fun of it.

Wildcards
Saturday games
OAK 32.80 at HOU 20.50 (-3)

Last week’s loss forfeited the division putting them on the road without their starting quarterback against a team that is 7-1 at home.
DET 21.66 at SEA 26.12 (-8)
Lions are a bust on the road, on a 3 game slide against a team who has been flakey but almost unbeatable over the years at home in one of the noisiest stadiums in the league.

Sunday games
MIA 23.55 at PIT 28.20 (-10)

Miami’s porous defense is on the road against the red hot Steelers, winners of their last 8 games. Get some Ben!
NYG 26.91 at GBY 25.13 (-5)
Looks like a good one but Giants have no offense against a group that has it together winning 6 straight. Lambeau!
