The Fake News Organizations (FNO's) want to report favorable/unfavorable numbers for Donald Trump. They are very eager to do so lately. What they are not telling us is the percentage of the citizens who think the country is headed in the right direction. Here are the numbers, using the NBC/Wall Street Journal Poll:
Present: 40%
Nov. 4 (just before the election): 31%
April 2016 (as Incapabama winds down): 24%
October 2013: 17.4%
I don't remember too many stories about the 24% and 17.4% numbers. I wonder why that could be.
Right/Wrong direction is a good barometer because it tends to remove some personal bias. People might not like Trump, but they realize he's committed to success and hard work, which is a change from Incapabama.
