Just wondering where the LaSalle guys, other than Paul, are this year. JBin, FB25, Jiveturkey ...? I know they've had a bit of a rough start, but I can't believe that's the explanation.

The board as a whole is a lot less active than it used to be. Frustrations with the format? Guys just getting older. Seems like a long time since the days of Blitz, Slam, Lift, etc.

I didn't go to the game but read about it. They are a young team with not a lot of experience. Having Jones go down in the pre-season was huge. I saw him at the NP game coming in on crutches and he looks like the real deal but not for this year. I think they'll be middle of the pack in the PCL for this year.

I'm not crazy about the new format. You know, we LaSallians are challenged. I miss all the old guys too. Where's Caveman??

Where is Joe Kane and the Ridley guys? I miss the survivor pool. Haven't seen PABasketball around in the past year and probably 2 years for gretch.

Had a falling out with administration over the gross over-reaction, adjudication and punitive recourse that befell the lacrosse team prior last spring's State title game.
P.S. plenty reported and rumored regarding incident, not much accuracy regarding primary decision making from above.

I've been off the reservation... doubt anyone affected or concerned about it.

Side note/current events..
Don't know who can deal with 290+ lb ave experienced senior-laden O-line along with a plethora of skill people and no shortage of defensive stalwarts?
The collective pastings of both Oaks Christian and Bosco should serve notice that they will be playing downhill most of the year with a running clock.

I always appreciated your posts, so I hope you're not permanently off the reservation.

About SJP: The Bosco game showed there are at least a few areas where the team needs to improve. But I agree that if they can stay healthy they have a chance to be very successful this year.
