Congrats to 2016 Shanahan grad Doug Costin who made the Jaguars 53 man roster. This is a first for the school and a compliment to the high competitive Chesmont League.

Chest - did you see that Chisena has for now made the Vikings roster ?
Good for both those young men! Costin is a West Chester kid and his dad was the former HC at WC East for a few years. Chisena was track standout that came on late as a football player at PSU. Chester County is well represented in the NFL-Ryan, Schaub, Lauletta, and now these guys.
Agreed Not A Fan. We’ve been exposed some really good high school football out here and really seemed like the Chesmont competition amped up a level when it went to 4 teams in the 90s. 2 DEast players which has only been open for just over 15 or so years and Shanahan which basically started right around that time too.
