on paper they were the most dominant team we've seen in Pa

they played 2A competition but a lot of people said they would beat most if not all 6A teams that season, were they that good?

were they at least the best small school team ever or did they just beat up on bad teams?

Statistically, that was their best team ever scoring 888 pts, allowing 82. Check out all the work Rover did for "the most dominant teams we've seen in PA" in 6A....then 4A up to 2015. They're somewhere on the board. SCA proved themselves (2019 only) thru the 3A Classification destroying 3A champ Wyoming (14-1) in reg sea 42-0.

Not sure about 5A champ Wood (11-3) who did not field one of their stronger teams. SCA would lose to St. Joe's (12-2) for sure..!!..possibly Central Dauphin 12-3 (6A champ and runner up) and 16-0 Thomas Jefferson team in my view. I saw them which doesn't really mean anything in terms of weight to my opinion but can tell you they were impressive, especially SJP and TJ. Both were awesome. TJ was a monster team.

And SCA played good small schools including Hammonds-SC, MCAx2, Wyoming, Montoursville. Richland Twp.
