I really hope the hs football season in PA ends with championship games in Hershey that feel something like real championship games, but I think the chances of that are about one in three. The best thing is to to regard each game played as a small victory and not to focus on the difference between this season and every other one. Easier said than done, I know.
I thought that might be built into the process for an unusual contingency as this. Wilson has developed as per their scores since the disaster vs Gov Mifflin in opener. Why should York or any team benefit by this...advancing to the final without earning it? If anyone should benefit unfairly, why not the top seed?
