Wish I could say more about the game, but the NFHS Network broadcast I am "watching" is literally the very worst-quality broadcast of anything I have ever watched in my entire life.

You didn't miss much... West scores, Pennsbury failed 4th down/failed punt/fumble/failed punt/fumble, etc... until it was 42-0 with 5 minutes to go in the second quarter and West started putting in the backups. Full JV for West coming out of half, Pennsbury stayed with starters until the end of the game. In the 4th quarter it was guys for West that don't even see the field much on JV. (The backup kicker for West, a soccer player, was in at FS and made a tackle.) Pennsbury finally punched one in, in the final minutes, then West JV fumbled deep in their own territory and Pennsbury added a second score.

Not sure this game says anything about West. They just played good assignment football in the first half and lived in the Pennsbury backfield. They were tackling the mesh point repeatedly and with the starters in it was probably negative yardage for Pennsbury. I don't think West put up big offensive numbers, they had so many short fields.

At the end of the first half, Pennsbury moved the ball a little bit when West pulled out most of the starters. With less than 10 seconds left, Pennsbury dropped back to pass and the QB got destroyed... teams started to leave the field, but McShane called another timeout to take another shot with 2 seconds left. QB got sacked again, took an even bigger hit that time.

Pennsbury just looked disorganized all night, two men in motion, fumbles, bad snaps on punts, offside on kickoff... they're in need of a total rebuild.

Bucks, thanks for the summary. Just got through the first half video again, and you are spot on about everything. CB West scoring drives were: 32, 34, 63 (one play), 5, 22 and 18 yards. PHS was at -16 yards total offense (including a -14 dropped punt snap) before the final drive of the half.
