Hey Ches....any thoughts on the two conferences reacquainting and merging?Did the move from Chesmont to Pioneer Athletic Conference get pushed back another year? Thanks
GM Stalk - From this fans perspective it would be a great merger and a super conference besides the old rivalries (OJ and SpringFord come to mind visiting Coatesville’Scott Field on Saturday’s). Would be some great new rivalries w Perk Valley taking on Dtowns and Cville and Shanahan battling PJP II and Pottsgrove. With that said PAC is a growing league and doesn’t need Chesmont as they already get their playoff spots the way they are now. Additionally I like that the Chesmont big schools have to fill extra games as they get to test the waters against Harrisburg, Central Dauphin, CB West, Garnet Valley, Pennsbury, etc which most conferences only get 1 non league game.Hey Ches....any thoughts on the two conferences reacquainting and merging?
I see your point. It is special getting to test yourself the way Harrisburg and other Mid Penn-Commonwealth teams do with 7 division games. Great for fans and the teams. Here are most of the non-division teams they (MP-Commonwealth) play this year.GM Stalk - From this fans perspective it would be a great merger and a super conference besides the old rivalries (OJ and SpringFord come to mind visiting Coatesville’Scott Field on Saturday’s).
