Freedom leads 20-14 with a little under 10 minutes left. Great football game.

First half was a defensive slugfest. Freedom had a 60 yard fumble recovery for a TD, only score of the half.

Both teams have two TD drives in the second half. Freedom threw a 40 yard touchdown on 4th and 2 for the biggest play of the half.

Dagger from Freedom. Jenkins hits Caton for 45, a big run from Stewart, and a 17 yard TD from Russin after a holding penalty inside the 10. Freedom up 26-14 with six minutes left. Easton only gave up three first downs in the first half, but Freedom has touchdowns on every second half drive.

Easton gets down inside the 20, but 4th down pass is knocked down in the end zone. Patriots are going to win.

When the talent is even, Easton is going to lose because they make so many mistakes.

Current staff now 3-12 against teams that make D11 playoffs, 19-0 against team that don’t.

Jalen Stewart ran 18 times for 123 yards and a TD, Matty Russin carried 4 times for 57 yards and a TD. Jared Jenkins was 7-11 for 123 yards and a TD that broke it open.

Nahjee Adams continues his huge year for Easton with 23 carries for 164 yards and a touchdown. If there are any college coaches here, he’a really good. Cole Transue threw for 200 yards on 19-33 passing. There are pieces here, but they can’t get out of their own way.

Easton out gained Freedom 421-307, but only scored 14 points on 420 yards of offense...
